- Customer can create Return request on Whatsapp from below link:

we will Get back to you on your ticket by 1-2 Business day by whatsapp. - Customer can return the products within 10 days after Delivery of product if its in Unused Condition.
- All Screen Guards and Tempered glass Products & Watch Cases are non-returnable.
- Customer will be charged 100 Rs for the return or replacement of the product.
- Return Shipping charge will be bear by the company if there is any manufacturing defect.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to source payment method.
- COD (Cash on delivery) order will be refunded by UPI / Bank transfer (COD fees 59 Rs will not be refunded in any case)
- Refund will be issued once the returned item delivers to our warehouse (Origin) and tested for any damage or usage, this may take 6 to 12 days.
- Refund may not be granted if product found to be used or some parts are missing or product is replaced by customer.
- if customer’s pincode is not available to arrange the reverse pickup (remote area, rural area), customer has to ship it by their own from nearby post office or courier (we will waive off the return pickup charge in this case)

How to send product back to seller and when i will get Refund ?
We have return Pickup Facility, our shipping parter will come to your address and pickup the return order.
if Some Pincode has not available this facility, customer need to ship it by Speedpost. We will pay the Return shipping cost to Customer (for approved cases) along with the Product Cost when the product delivers to us.
